All guys notice before they know anyone, is looks. Same as girls. So, how do I make an impression on a guy if I am not the prettiest girl in the room?

You are absolutely correct when you say that guys notice looks first. The only problem with this, and any guy who's worth your time will realize this as well: that most of the time, those eye catching girls don't necessarily have any intellectual substance. Use this to your advantage! Remember: Seduce the brain first and the penis will follow :)

show him you can be yourself around him..dont try to impress him by changing your look..maybe try speaking to him differently? in a flirtatious way but play hard to get

Be funny and humorous. Play hard to get. Show him you don't have interest, and he'll have interest in you. lol. World is weird.
