it's extremely difficult for most that have a high body fat % to manage the weight with out exercise. you basically have to make a 180 with the diet and consume very little processed foods. medical study has also shown that those who are genetically predisposed for easy weight gain can not successfully manage the weight with out exercise. initially there may be weight loss but eventually the metabolic rate will decrease and weight gain will occur.

Hi,
I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.
And it is possible to lose weight via a detox without exercise ;) But it is important to do it with guidance because if not, you might end up lowering your metabolic rate and making it harder to lose more weight when you stop your detox.
If you would like to lose weight, I can suggest a safer or faster alternative- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.
My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)
A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well. And I will guide you along...
The detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

I guess if all you do is eat, and then you totally change your diet. Yes over time you will lose weight, but not very significantly and I wouldn't suggest it, just try and make exercising fun. Walk with some friends, go to the gym, swim at the beach or in a pool, play a game of soccer, etc. etc. etc. Your options are endless.

yes, but not really healthily if you want to lose it quickly.
you can reduce your daily calorie intake, that's about the only healthy way to lose weight without exercise. but it won't work as quickly without activity.
or you could go on the Atkins Diet. it's not much fun, but works. I lost 30 lbs in about 6 weeks on it. but the diet got overwhelmingly boring and I dropped it.
I never went carb crazy after getting off Atkins, so I only gained 3 or 4 lbs after coming off it. that was about a year and a half ago.

you're skinny and truthfully shouldnt lose any weight. the final factor could be determining your muscular tissues. Doing crunches, push ups, any middle, bigger physique, or leg routines will upload muscle, and because muscle is heavier than fat, will finally end up gaining weight if something. Doing that, alongside with imaginitive cardio routines (treadmill working at homestead) will save you very extra healthful. I even have bronchial asthma, inspite of the undeniable fact that as ive gotten older the bronchial asthma purely receives triggered in extremes, which contain mile runs in undesirable warmth, or by utilizing colds when I get mucus in my lungs.

well, yes, but it isn't healthy.. muscle tissue requires more calories.. so the more muscle you build, the more calories your body burns even while you are sleeping... so that can really help to keep the weight off..
But exercise is good for so many other things! Our bodies are meant to move - exercise stimulates your circulation, keeps your heart strong (it is a muscle, remember), helps alleviate depression by changing your brain chemistry, is good for your skin (sweating is the best way to clean pores) , prevents diabetes, lowers blood pressure..every organ in the body benefits from exercise and it is the best way to stay healthy and keep your immunity strong

of course you could lose weight without exercise, but the thing is if you do that, with the weight loss, you will have more excess skin, and the only way to get rid of that is surgery, working out helps your heart handle the change of food and burn more fat than if you would just diet. not only that it makes your skin and muscle tighter, meaning less sag.

Yes. All you have to do is burn more calories than you take in.
Eat 1400 calories a day, and if you are a moderately active person, you should lose 2 pounds per week.
More than that is not healthy.

Yes, some. But in order to keep losing as well as improve metabolism and overall health, you pretty much have to exercise, esp. after a certain age.
