I want to get my nose pierced, but can anyone tell me from experience how much it hurts? Also, what's a good tattoo/piercing place in Rockville/Silver Spring, Maryland?

I heard it hurts bad. It is a sensitive spot and close to your eyes and your face is fragile. I want to get mine done to, but it will be pain trust me.

my mother has recently gotten her nose peirced and she claims that the actually peircing just stings and afterwards it just aches but its not intense.give it about a week and a half and itll be normal again.

more than I would like to admit - it feels like a really hard and minutely prolonged pinch .... just breathe through it, u'll be alright ... also, because it's so close to your eyes, they will water on reflex. I just kept mine closed and breathed, and everything was sweet in a couple minutes

i dont live in maryland so i dont kno and it dont really hurt that bad jus a 5 second pinch

Jam an icepick into your skin. That's what it feels like. My question is, why do it to begin with? it leaves a hole in your nose. If you remove it, yes, it will heal (sort off) but leaves an ugly little indented scar for life.
Pierce your belly button or your ears. That looks good, even sexy. But your nose and eyebrows don't.
