Yes, you have very high blood pressure. An average healthy reading is 120 mmHg / 80 mmHg. You have a very high systolic pressure which is the pressure on your veins when your heart contracts, and this a leading cause of cardiovascular disease.

The thing with heart disease and high blood pressure is that it is controlable and preventable but it all lies in your hands alone. It is a good thing that you are going to see your doctor on Monday and he may prescribe some kind of meds but the bottom line is you need to start exercising or you will only get worse. Try walking regularly and working your way up to light jogging for starters. Go for 10-20 minutes and work your way into longer routines.

Get to the emergency room before you suffer a major stroke!!! You might not be able to wait until Monday. Headaches are a sure sign that your blood pressure is sky-high and that is DANGEROUS. Don't fool around here. This isn't something that can be taken care of by waiting.

That is really too high. The "ideal" reading is 120/80....you should go the ER to get that down. Blood pressure is nothing to mess around with. It can be very dangerous. If I were you, I would go NOW to the ER.

If you are having chest pains, you should go to the nearest ER. Try to relax. Take a few days off of work, and go to a spa, or do something you enjoy.

You better seek medical help now. BP is nothing to be guessing about. Chest pain could lead to a heart attack or stroke. Good luck to ya and let us all hear how you are doing.
