Satan of course. He is the father of confusion. He was unable to receive a body and come to earth so he wants us to be just as miserable as he is. The only way he can achieve this is by driving away our faith and causing us to fail in the test of life. All the other reasons and many more come because of Satan's attempts to trap us into the same fait that he is destined to live through for eternity.

3- No force formed against me shall prosper... so I am most concerned about people who claim Christianity OR God, and do atrocities in the name of them. They're the most detrimental to the faith, much more so than any other secular or nonsecular belief system, in my opinion. A stumbling block just turns folks off of even learning more about God.
I sometimes see those people as a ploy, or direct tool of Satan used to validate non believers stances against Christianity.

I am spiritual, with both Christian and Pagan leanings.

But are we talking what would be the worst threat to the hardcore, right wing, conservative Christians?

Then I'd say...

Peace
Tolerance
Logic
Understanding
Open-mindedness
Reason
Intellect

I think some of those are pretty detrimental to the bigoted nuts out there.

I have met plenty of great Christians. Unfortunately I have met (or seen or read about) many that weren't so great.

To be honest, the first is the division and ignornce with in Christian sects. " A house divided can not stand." The second is Islam because they pervert their own beliefs to justify violence. Atheism because it denies everything. But according to my faith Satan is behind it all trying for the ruin of man.

Satan
"For we are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against the evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against those mighty powers of darkness who rule this world, and against wicked spirits in the heavenly realms"
Ephesians 6:12

Music. It robs the minds of a whole congregation of people and lures them into emotionalism where they lose all rational thought and turns their faith into fanaticism. Paul warned severely of Chrstions who have a zeal for God but not according to knowledge.

All of the above. There is NO truth in any of these. "You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it" (John 8:44).

We lose our faith when we allow ourselves to be deceived by the Father of lies.

God bless you

The apathy of Christians. There is nothing else that can harm or hinder the spread of the Gospel.
