Hi folks. I'm doing a big job on the pc for my ex, and for obvious reasons would like complete transparancy. Does anyone know of a programme that will run in the background and record my activity on the pc. So I can hand this over as evidence? Thanks.

PC Police. It records ALL keystrokes and creates a log.

Try searching for Parental Control software. I just bought my CPU and it came with it so I am not really sure of the name... However it will list the files opened and read. For example my brother played Solitaire; when I looked back at it it listed the time he did it and the file extension "C:/...Solitaire.exe" So I knew exactly what he had done.
