Thanks

You can rent snorkel equipment everywhere on the island, however Snorkel Bob is the biggest for a reason. Cheap prices and top equipment. There are 3-4 locations, all within a few miles of your hotel. If you are only going to be on the island for a week or less, and have little reason to own the equipment I would rent but check if your hotel doesn't rent for free first. If they charge, I would go somewhere else as there equipment isn't that good.

The two best locations are Kapalua Bay in Napili, and Black Rock right in front of the Sheraton in Kaanapali. Kapalua Bay is a "postcard" location, with long rock promontories guarding a calm bay. It has showers, restrooms, palm trees and a grass sitting area behind the beach. There is a small parking lot right before the Kapalua Bay hotel so show up early. This is one of the top locations in all the islands. Black Rock is a very popular spot since it is where all the top hotels are on that part of the island. It's big enough that it doesn't get crowded, and there is cliff diving to try if you wish. Both are great spots to see all kinds of fish with easy access and calm waters. Taking a boat to snorkel is fun, but expensive. Keep in mind that there is no trick to snorkeling, it's not hard to learn or do. It's so easy no lessons are needed. Both of these locations are free and just as nice for seeing fish. However if you can afford to take a boat, by all means do that too.

There is a flea market every Saturday and Wednesday from 7:00 to 1:00 next to the post office in Kahului.

You need to check the local paper to find where the fire works will be, but it should be somewhere in Kahului.

The best option to start is to take a morning sail. I like the Body Glove but there are several options. If you have never been, avoid the companies that will take you out in a Zodiac (rubber boat with a solid floor). It is difficult to get in and out of these boats.

There are a few locations that these companies will take you to that you cannot get to by land. Molakini crater is nice. Another option, depending on your budget is to take the Trilogy trip. This is an all day affair where you can snorkel, tour the island of Lanai, and typically dolphins will come and swim with the boat as you travel. This is expensive though.

If you wish to simply rent equipment, all the hotels do offer snorkels. Depending on the hotel, it may be free, otherwise you can rent them for a couple of bucks per day.

The hotels typically have Hawaiian events planned so I am not sure if they will do anything "special" for the fourth, but check with the hotel activities desk.

Aloha!

I've been to Maui twice and I found that you shouldn't rent snorkeling equimpment because, well, here I'll explain.

Snorkeling is easy and fun. I can almost guarentee that you will want to snorkel again. So just go to Sports Chalet, Big 5, or some sports store and buy a mask, a snorkel, and fins.

For the right place to snorkel for beginners is really probably in front of your hotel. Usually, hotels in Maui have a beach right in front of them, like where we stayed twice: the Embassy Sweet Resorts. Just go in front and snorkel away! The waves in Maui aren't particularly big, usually there aren't any so just snorkel and enjoy yourself!

Lahaina is having 4th of July fireworks. See the source link below for a listing of all the restaurant and tour offerings for the fireworks show.

If you are beginner snorkeler, it might be best to go with a tour company that will teach you how to use the snorkel gear and advise you on where to go, what not to do and what to do. Trilogy is the best, imo. They have several snorkeling tours to choose from. I've personally done the Molokini tour twice and really enjoyed it.

i think of it could be nicer in case you expressed your opinion and reported which you "desire the organic seem" and allow her make up her very own techniques than in case you asked her to end donning it altogether. i've got had adult adult males tell me they do unlike kissing women while they're donning lipstick, so i'm unsleeping of that. the final thank you to handle it fairly is to assert, "you're this way of marvelous woman; you relatively do not pick all that makeup" or "you be attentive to, you will seem much extra desirable devoid of all that makeup."
