All you can do is insulate the piping.

Cellular glass insulation works well.

ASHRAE recommends a permeability of 0.10 or less for insulation applied to chilled water systems.

Relative humidity exerts intense water vapor pressure on the insulation. Therefore, this makes impermeability the most critical criteria for insulating material for chilled water piping in humid climates.

Just 4% moisture by volume in insulation can reduce efficiency by 70%. Wet insulation is a ready medium for mold and mildew growth.

The other important properties to consider are, flame and smoke spread, compressive strength, and thermal conductivity.

The exposed pipes need to be covered with an effective insulation (like thick foam rubber tubing) that will keep their cold exterior surface from touching the warm humid air. That insulation needs to be complete without any gaps that could let in the air and cause condensate to form and run along the interior of the insulation. That not only solves the condensation problem but also preserves the temperature that someone is paying an energy bill to achieve.

as others have already said, you need to Lag the pipework, Lagging prevents the humidity from condensating.

to prevent condensation you can insulate the piping with a insulation called armaflex or rubatex. you can buy it to size so that it fits the pipe you are insulating. loose insulation can still sweat or "condensate"inside the insulation if not properly fitted on the piping.
