I'm thinking pasta but it's too hot to boil water! Maybe a nice romaine, spinach, iceburgish salad with tomatoes, shredded cheese and carrots, black olives, cucumbers with some ranch dressing! Yummy! I'm going meatless. I'll probably do a tofurky sausage. Yum!

I...don't know! My "brother-in-law"(very good friend of my guy) is having a little bbq for my guy, who's 39th bday is tomorrow. He is bringing us back a li'l som'/som'...hopefully some potato salad, too. I would have stayed but it is hot-no...HAAAHHHHHTuh outside, so he brought me and the kids back to the house so we could hydrate and stay up under the A/C.
Dessert...ummmmm...chocolate or strawberry ice cream.

No telling what is for dinner at my house. Wifey in a mood, probally some crazy **** that only pregnant women eat. Dessert is going to be either butter pecan ice cream or moose tracks w/ some sort of chocolate dessert. Never changes.

Today I had roasted chicken using the George Foreman Roaster, scalloped potatoes and broccoli with cheese. And for dessert Icecream. YUMMY =0)

My boyfriends birthday was today and he fixed some chicken and shrimp alfredo. With a ceaser salad on the side. And we followed it by some bunny tracks ice cream and chocolate cake. I am stuffed.

fried chicken. i got a new recipe i cant wait to try. it's a buttermilk batter with a really zesty shake, (you know, where you put all the spices in a paper bag with the chicken and shake it up?). um then of course mashed taters, gravy, one more veggie , biscuits, and a garden salad. mrs. smiths frozen apple pie and vanillia ice cream, (im goin' ala mode babe!).
any how, the bird is safley in the batter, and i'm getting hungry! these dang beer appetizers just make me hungrier! bon appetitie!

Shrimp and Leeks over pasta with garlic bread.
...and for dessert I made an Ice Cream cake with fudge, peanuts, caramel all on a cookie crust.
