Chew gum and exercise, because exercising minimizes food cravings. Soon you will be over the food cravings, it's just for a little while that they get really bad, then you'll be fine. Good luck!

being 13 is the best time to eat, eat, eat unless you are severly overweight, you are at the age where it is completely normal to eat alot. Growth spurts encourage your digestive system to work overtime thus leading to a sncky attitude. Try to not worry so much about a diet but eating when you are hungry. You can be healthy and eat to be full. This simply means there are things out there that are high in fiber that fill you up but so not give you a ton of saturated fat and things you do n ot need. Try eating a many small meals throught the days and not just your ordinary three. But really you are way to young to be concerned about bieng thin. You are a teenager and you need the proper nutrients to be healthy. Good luck and I hope this helps

If you have been depriving your body and mind, then no wonder you have cravings. I think you need to stop dieting and do the following instead...change your eating behavior and exercise habits. Drink more water, exercise more and eat LOTS of fruits, vegetable, lean meats and BROWN rice or bread. STAY AWAY from white bread, potatoes and high sugar/high fat desserts. Take a multivitamin and talk some of your eating patterns out with a trusted friend or doctor. The fact that you are dieting at the tender age of 13 bothers me, you are suppose to be hanging out with friends and having fun right now!

The key to lose weight and keep it is to detoxify your body first. When you have too much toxins, you can not go to your body to get the energy, and all your energy only came from the food you eat. That is why you exercise and feel hungry all the time and can not lose weight. There are many things you can do to help lose weight, like eat every three hours, (Is not what you eat, is how you eat. You can eat almost anything, but avoid big meal), drink green tea, exercises 30 minutes daily. And most importantly go get massages for several months. If you can found somebody can do the Detoxification massage in your area, you should be able to lose 20 to 30 lbs in several months and keep it.

if you're thirteen you should probably just eat anything, because if you're looking for more food its your body telling you, you need it. Also, if you are going through another growth spurt, which you probably are because that is common at your age, all that you eat will be used for the good, nothing will happen to you unless you eat pizza and sit down at the computer. So basically, the only thing at your age, is just stay active and everything that you eat will be used up by your body

You most likely arent properly filling your body with good nutrients, so you are binging. You need to make sure that you get all of the servings from the food pyramid, eat 3 meals and 2 small snacks, and exercise. Once your body gets into the groove of things, your cravings should go away.

Teens and kids should NOT diet. It severely damages your health, unless you truely are obese and instructed to diet by your doctor. I became anorexic (dieting) and shouldve grown 5 more inches, but I didn't because my body was malnourished. Please just eat what you want, when you want and exercise. Enjoy being young, and don't worry about your weight.
