Too many years to remember, to escape the world's stresses and balance my inner self.
My favourite is candles, incense, cusions and peace.
Tai chi is also a good way to create balance.

My idea of meditation is just getting closer to nature, God, David Hasselhoff, whoever you worship. I personally do it just by getting outside and doing something that calms my mind. Sometimes I grab my bike and ride through the woods, and sometimes I go to a nearby fishing lake, cast out, and just sit for a while. I like doing these things because they allow time to think about life, how it should be lived, who's watching you live it, etc. I could go on for hours, but all I really have to say is meditation's what you make it.

I've been meditating for over 50 years. My favorite is a form of Zen meditation that I practice while having sex.

My meditation time is early in the morning when it is quiet and peaceful. I have been getting up early most of my adult life to spend time alone with my thoughts and to pray before the hustle and bustle of the day starts.

I get on my knees and pray and I give time for the Lord to speak to me...which He does regularly.....in spite of what the anti-Christians say. It really is possible to have a relationship with the 'Living God' Jesus Christ.........try it for yourself...find out the truth whatever it takes.

Walking does it for me, particularly in the countryside. I always enjoy my walk home from work, clears the mind like nothing else.
And beachcombing. I could do that for hours. Or nothing.

Silent waiting on God. I have been doing it nearly seven years and I persist because it gives me help and guidance.
