what does this mean: E:\ not accesible....the request could not be performed because of an I/O devise error

when i tried to install the software for a bluetooth adaptor from a cd...i got the above error

it means either the cd rom is screwed up, your driver disc is screwed up or a connection between the cdrom and the motherboard is screwed up. try downloading the driver from the manufacturers website to see if that works and try any other item in the cd drive to make sure that works. good luck.
