Can i carry on spray bottle fans if there empty?

I'm going to florida and want to take it with me i'm not planing on checking a bag.

I doubt it, and some things aren't worth trying to bring on. But, if you are concerned about the heat, adjust the little vent things above your head. That helps a lot, and also shut the blinds over the windows if the sun is coming through.

Yes you can. the only place you'll be checked is at security. Many people are now taking empty drinking bottles through security and filling them once they get through. You can also buy water after security. So, if you show security that they're empty they'll you're good.
