The body found Saturday in a park was that of 26-year-old Jessie Davis, whose due date was July 3, the Summit County Medical Examiner's office said. Bobby Cutts Jr., who authorities suspect is the father of the unborn child, is charged with two counts of murder.

What do you think should hapen to the father of the baby, who killed not only the unborn child but the woman.

if Cutts did the same thing like what Scott Peterson did and is shown to be the one that killed the woman and the unborn child, then yes he should get what Scott Peterson did.

I think that if, and it does look like he did (evidence found in a friends apartment) then both HE and HIS friend that covered for him should be put to death. There is NO reason for his life being lived out in prison at the taxpayers expense. I would like to hear more about his record at the police department too. Behavior like this dosn't just happen.

I believe that if in fact the boyfriend did do the crime of killing both the mother and the unborn child he should get life of prison or the death penalty. That is two counts of murder and depending on how horrific the murder was, and whether it was premeditated or not, the punishment should be to the max. If he really wanted to killer because she did something wrong to him, he could have at least waited til the child was born. Not saying that it would make it right, but it would be less of a charge. If I were a Judge and the jury found him guilty of two counts of premeditated homicide, I would give him a life sentence with no chance of parole. Let him get butt-banged..dont let him die..it's too easy on him.

Anyone who committs an act this heinous certainly deserves death. My problem with the death penalty though is that it is too merciful. Living the rest of a LONG life in incarceration constantly watching your back from the other inmates is a very fitting punishment. Ex-cops have a tough life in prison.

I think she threatened to tell his wife about the relationship or she threatened to report something to his commander/chief.

However, I think they might have been fighting, he hit her or pushed her and she hit her head dying instantly. He freaked, rolled her body in rug, (based on what their child reported), placed her in the trunk of his vehicle and dumped her into a watery grave where he knew vital evidence would be destroyed.

That's my theory!

1) Gather evidence
2) Build case
3) conduct trial
4) get verdict
5) If guilty, sentence.

I think you want an answer as to what step 5 should be, as you have already tried and convicted Cutts.

Execution is good.

I think he should get the same as Scott Peterson...the death penalty.

I think he should be tried for murder with special circumstances and go to jail for the rest of his life.

Death Penalty if found guilty.

First we have to determine if this is the guilty man.

I do not support the death penalty in any situation.
This is a very sad story.

He should be put in front of a firing squad composed of his former co-workers, and shot full of holes.
