I see this question all the time on Yahoo Answers.
The fact of the matter is, when you are attracted to someone, they usually know that you are because you give off a million and one clues without even being aware of it.
Smile at him, keep yourself approachable. Say hi to him when you get the opportunity. If you can manage it, be where he is and smile at him again.
Believe me, he will get the message.

Well making good eye contact with a smile never hurt anyone. If the cute guy is interested that should send an "it's okay" if he decides he would like to strike up a conversation. Don't try anything drastic that could backfire on you. Like doing things you wouldn't usually do.

If you want him to notice you.....approach him....dont be shy start with a simple hello and go from there.....its not that hard to do....cause if you dont someone else will and then you have to deal with the regret that you didnt do what you should have done in the first place. And ALWAYS be yourself....dont lie and pretend to be someone else to get him to like you. When the truth comes out it will get ugly.

Sexual -wear something provocative
Intellectual -address an area of his interest
Social -make your way into a conversation his group of friends is engaged in.

talk to him about things he likes. maybe sports or something along those lines.
but the main thing is to be yourself.
