You can clean it with Normal Saline or the solution the company has recommended/provided you. Follow brochure or contact your Ophthalmologist.

My doctor told me it's best to get a new contact case every three months or so, and just throw the old one away. If you absolutely have to clean an old one, just use tap water and soap, and make sure to rinse it well with water and then contact solution before you use it. Boiling it can break down the plastic. It's best just to get a brand new one - they are really cheap, and it's worth it to keep your eyes healthy. Best wishes!

I always washed mine in the dish washer but one time I used a different soap and my eyes hurt... I decided not to use the dish washer anymore.

boil it for half a minute...no longer. It will melt.
