If your trying to build more muscle you need to stay with protien, red meat has the most the calories. But the best way to gain fat is fast food. If you eat a nacho from Taco Bell its 750 calories and a burrito is 425, then add a pop, Mt. Dew has the most. Its not to hard to get there.

High-Calorie
High-protein foods (i.e., eggs, milk, peanut butter, and cheese).
Increasing calories and protein:
Listed below are some ideas for adding calories and protein to foods that you may eat for meals and snacks:
Powdered milk (33 calories)
Eggs (80 cal/egg or egg substitute (Egg Beaters® 25 cal per 1/4 cup:
Butter or Margarine (45 cal/tsp):
Sour Cream (26 cal/Tbsp):
Peanut Butter (95 cal/Tbsp, 4 gm protein/Tbsp):
Carnation Instant Breakfast (130 cal
Bagel and cream cheese, jelly, and juice (510 cal):
All those kinds of foods you can eat as snacks...But mostly wanted to tell you that you can add that food above to meals.
Of course thereare these:
.Fast Food - Hamburgers, Sandwiches, Tacos, French Fries, etc.
Potato Salad
Eggnog
Anyway that gives you an idea of what to do. It's how you cook them too. You can just boil a chicken BUT to get the most of teh calories you can bread it and fry it so it all comes down to that.
Hope I helped.

The difference is with the fast food you are getting high saturated fats and high sodium, no good for the body. You willhave probably gain weight faster, but it's not healthy. If you have a max muscle nutrtion or 4X nutrition store in your area I would recommend stopping in and discussing what your goal is, they are really good at what they do and should be able to help you for no charge. I would stay away from advise from GNC, alot of times the people there have no idea what they are talking about.

Calories come in four forms: fat, carbohydrate, protein and alcohol. To increase calorie intake, simply increase consumption of one or more of these sources.
Fats have 9 calories per gram; protein and carbohydrate about 4 per gram. You can boost calorie intake by increasing the healthier forms of fat such as avocados and olive oil. (avoid excess saturated and trans fats) But I wouldn't recommend increasing ONLY fat calories; add some extra starchy foods like pasta and bread for more carb calories (a hundred calories of "white" carbs are less filling than a hundred calories of "whole grain" carbs) and add some moderately lean meat or beans/legumes for more protein. You can supplement the protein calories further with a protein shake (but like the fat, don't overdo it!). Fruit juice is very healthy but somewhat caloric due to the fruit sugars; consider adding an extra glass of it every day.
Unless you're looking for other health problems (or just want to get drunk), it's foolish to increase alcohol as a way to get more calories.

Here is a meal plan that I used to gain weight:
Breakfast:
smoothie (1 cup whole milk, 4 TB heavy cream, 6 oz yogurt, 3/4 cup frozen fruit)
2 fried eggs
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 TB peanut butter
1 banana
total= (aprox) 1150 calories
If possible...have a snack: 1/3 cup almonds
calories= 225
Lunch:
2 slices whole wheat bread
5 oz roast beef
tomato, lettuce
2 TB Mayo
Trail Mix (1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/4 cup m&ms)
carrot sticks with 2 TB salad dressing
total= (aprox) 1,450 calories
Snack: 8 oz yogurt, 1/2 cup granola, fruit
total (aprox)=500
Dinner:
5 oz chicken
1 cup pasta
tomato sauce
1 cup whole milk
1 cup grape juice
1 slice bread with 1 TB butter
total=950 calories
Dessert: 1 cup high-cal ice cream (Haagen-dazs is good!)
total=550 (depends on ice cream)
Days Total: 4,825 calories
I know you said 3meals, but that's nearly impossible to do without your stomach exploding. Try to have more snacks, and high-cal drinks can be easier to get down (less filling, more calories). Try to eat nutritious foods that are calorie dense, not just like 50 bigmacs. Good luck, I know how hard weight gaining can be (when it's intentional!)

he metabolic powers specific foods have to make your physique burn much more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, primarily based on “how a lot of calories your physique is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients every time you consume a particular meals.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.

Hmm.. you need to eat quick and gain weight.. this screams MCDONALDSS!!!! or any kind of fast food for that matter. Also, they sell protein bars which contain around 400 calories a bar, you could add some of those on to your daily intake. They will add up calories for you fast.
