There is one at 32 Old Bailey in London - I know as I work round the corner! I haven't tried it yet, but I know people who have had an office lunch there and enjoyed it. They also do jazz evenings and salsa classes- so worth a try.

if there is not a big romanian community then there probably isnt except for in london and big cities. or..you can use it as an entrepenurial idea and open up your own!
