can she drink alcohol after she gets out?

she'll have to take classes, go to regular AA meetings and such. won't get her license back any time soon. and yes, probation for awhile, probably a year or three. and that means subject to testing at the behest of her PO.

well, she better be on probabtuion for three years just like i am for the same thing! she better have to pay a few thousand in fines and take drug tests( pee in fron tof her po!) and check in to probation, and take dui classes for like 9 months! i will be so PISSED if they do anything other than what others get! and this is the norm, for this charge, and because she blew them off already , it is suippose to be worse! they doubled me fines and classes that i had to do because i blew thenm of at first too! she is also suppose to get a new charge if she did it again too! i dont understand why she isnt?

but yes she probably will be on probation and she probably wont be allowed to drink for awhile

No she was in jail because of a probation violation.
