Start crying or something and beg them so much, say you need a car for work or school and if i don't have it might not be successful in life,, it works...

Keep your grades up? Your car will lower them for you. Ride around at night with friends in the car all of you could die. Please do not rush this car driving responsibility thing. The insurance alone will cost dear old mom and dad thousands a year. Not to mention the cost of fuel and up keep. Contact "THE DRIVERS EDGE" find out when you can enroll with dad or mom in a car control school learn the fundamentals of car control then you will drive much better than your friends. That way you stand a chance of surviving with out wrecking out by driving around accidents.

Easy! As others said, get a job, and tell them you will take full responsibility for gas and insurance. Tell them how easier it will be to to have your own car, instead of them lugging you around. Hope this helps.

2) Open a bank account
3) show them that you can be responsible and trustworthy(even if it means changing the friends that you associate with.)

save up some money to help pay
for it
make sure they trust you enough
and dont get into any trouble
