To lose weight very quickly, eliminate bread, pasta and potatoes from your diet. Don't eat or drink anything with artificial sweetners (i.e. Diet Sodas). While most people think that food with no calories as a result of articifial sweetners help them lose weight that isn't true. When you consume any food, your body expects certain things to happen. Such as when you drink a diet soda, the body looks for calories. When it doesn't get any, you become hungry so diet soda can actually cause weight gain because they increase your appetite.
To lose even more in a short period of time, follow the Atkins all-protein diet. I do not recommend the Atkins Diet for more than a few weeks because it is high in fat and also puts a strain on your kidneys. If you already have any kidney problems, don't go on the Atkins Diet at all. It is not a balance diet because it excludes grains and fruits and vegetables.However, studies have shown that people who lose weight on the Atkins Diet quickly regain what they lost and then some when they stop the diet.
You can maintain a reasonable weight when you go off the Atkins Diet add carbohydrates (starting with complex carbohydrates such as all grain bread and fruits) back into your diet a little at a time.
The Curves Diet will also result in quick weight loss. With Curves you complete a questionaire that we let you know whether you are "carb" sensitive or "calorie" sensitive and depending on the result you chose from their two diets. The Curves diets are not meant to be on long term. They provide a quick weight loss in Phase I, a moderate weight loss in Phase 2, then you go back to a regular, balance diet. As we any diet, once you starting eating normally, weight yourself every day to prevent the pounds from sneaking up on you. If you start gaining after stopping the Curves diet, go back to Phase 1 and follow it for 72 hours (no longer than that). You don't have to be a Curves member to following the Curves diet. Much of the information is available at no cost on their website. You can also purchase the book Curves, The Power to Amaze Yourself written by Curves founder Gary Heavin.
Weight Watchers is a good option for long-term weight control but will not provide you with an initial quick loss.
To enhance your weight loss, exercise for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. If you can exerice more frequently, that is great.

You need to eat more often/intervals and stay on that schedule. If you eat 3 meals a day, change that to 6-8 meals a day.
This will increase your metabolism and allow the weight to drop, especially if you include some cardio n the mix. If you lift weights, you will put on muscle which is heavier.
One of those meals can include a healthy snack like a fruit salad, humus with toasted whole wheat pita bread. Cut down on your sugar and salt intake and drink more water.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

All soup diet. I got sick and only ate Cambell's soup for 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds. Only drink water. Take a multi-vitamin with your soup to ensure you are getting the nutrients you need.
