Call the dentist and let him know you are having trouble still. Ask if they can take another look at the tooth they repaired, as something seems wrong. Let them know you are in pain, so they may schedule the appointment as soon as possible. Dentist may need to do more than just fill the cavity.

Go back to your Dentist so he can fix the problem. He obviously DID NOT FIX IT THE FIRST TIME.

Yeah, if you are still having problems then I would schedule another appointment with your dentist and let him/her know what is going on.
