I live in Illinois and I vote in all elections. Especially the community ones as they affect me the most. When our local city elections came up the biggest issue was a smoking ban. I voted for people who would not impose a total ban. A ban in public places should not include bars and private clubs. It should be a decision made by the owner. Our new council voted to allow smoking or not to be determined by the owners of the bar or club.
