Its a straight nose ring with a small ball attached to the end. I can pull some of it out but I cant get the whole thing to come out.

A nose bone? Is it held in place by a little tiny ball on the inside of your nose?
If so, go to your piercer. Nose bones are notorious for getting caught, because your piercing shrinks around the bar, and the ball on the other end is too big to go through.
For future reference, NEVER wear a nose bone. Nose screws are much easier to get in and out, and don't cause as many problems.

I use the nose bone studd and sometimes I have this problem.
I just have to turn it slightly to a certain angle and then it comes out easily. I think it has to do with the angle at which the piercing healed.
If you can't get it out, try turning it 30 degrees and then pulling. But don't pull too hard!

You need to bathe around it with warm salty water.Use a cotton bud to do this.Use a different bud for inside and outside the nose.It's best to do this after you have had a shower and you're in a steamy room.You probably have crust around the jewellery, you just need to give it a good clean.

pull it out as far as you could and placed some vaseline or neosporin or bacitracin on it and then push it returned in.....attempt and lubricate it. you are going to be able to additionally placed some ice on your nostril and notice if its swollen if the ice could help the swelling go down. in case you could not get it out after that take some form of metallic cutters of scissors and decrease the tip of it off.

The only way I could get mine out is by pulling it out as far as i can and cutting it with either scissors or wire cutters depending on how thick it is.

that happens to me sometimes if i leave it in for too long...ya gotta just man up n yank it out lol

go to a tattoo parlor/peircing salon and they will help you remove it for a small amount
