allrecipes.com is great. You can click on the reviews of each recipe and usually people give great tips as to how you might improve the dish.

There are websites such as www.all-recipes.com and www.cooks.com. They have the best recipes and sometimes even better than restaurants.
There's www.recipezaar.com.

actually, i use olivegarden.com alot.
they have their great recipes on there.
but for normal foods, i just use kraftfoods.com
i'm on it right now for my grocery list and recipes.
its great.
but for rachel rays stuff and everything else, i go to foodnetwork.com
i love her show
