Exercise a lot. Swimming is the best. The cheapest is walking, since you do not require any special equipment.

Get the heart pounding if possible and the lungs breathing in and out hard.

If you choose the walking method to better your blood circulation, avoid busy main roads and stick to side streets.

If you live out in the sticks, anywhere will do.

Edit 1: take an aspirin per day, not too many, one or two will do. What aspirin does is to thin the blood slightly making it easier to circulate around.

Aspirin also reduces the risk of heart attack. So too does red wine. I prefer the red wine method.

I am assuming that if you are not well, you are probably not eating properly. Eating a healthy diet and taking one a day vitamins to make your body healthy is a requirement in life.

Take Iron pills for good blood circulation or eat meat, liver, raisins. B Complex for energy and the one a day vitamin. In a week or so you should start feeling better. Eating a healthy diet is number one. Keep it up it is not a temporary fix.

As well as exercise, take garlic tablets. It protects arteries from cholesterol.
