Should I give letters to both my Manager and Regional Manager? Normaly I would only give the letter to the Manager, but in this situation, I was interviewed by both of them and was rehired into the company due to the recommendation of the Regional Manager.

Send the letter to the Manager, but at the bottom, indicate CC: (Regional Manager's Name) and send a copy to both. That is the proper way, so that you are going directly to your manager, and not going over his/her head. However, the Regional Manager deserves the right to know as well.

you only need to send it to one person so your manager is probably the best answer. If you know the regional manager you could talk to them about it because they reccommended you but you do not need to send a letter to both. it's really up to you tho

Send out a global email within your company, borrrowing a line from Eric Cartman. The email should read:

Screw you guys. I'm going home.

Depends why are you quitting? If you were hired due to HIS recommendation then yea i would think its courtesy to explain why you are quitting and thank him for having helped you in the first place :)

I would only submit one--to my direct supervisor. That is standard protocol.
