I have had several dreams lately that involve bugs and spiders. In one of my dreams, I was in bed, woke up and couldn't get out of bed because my floor was covered with various crawly bugs. Anther dream, I opened a closet and thousands of bugs came crawling out and chasing me. One of the bugs (it was big) jumped on my back and I could literally feel him clinging to my back...sort of like velcro. I was screaming and couldn't think of a way to get it off me. It was terrible!! Other dreams I have had are similar.....bugs everywhere that keep me from going somewhere.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I am terrified of bugs....I know things like this in dreams usually signify something else. What could it be?

My guess is, you don't like bugs and something is bothering you. You feel trapped and you will continue to feel trapped until you do something about it, or the winds change direction and you sail into fair weather. Good luck, hang in, try to remain peaceful, and do everything with love in your heart and you will see clear and sunny skies.

To see a bug in your dream, suggests that you are worried about something. It is symbolic of your anxieties and/or fears. What is literally bugging you? Consider also the popular phrase "bitten by the bug" to imply your strong emotional ties or involvement to some activity/interest/hobby. Alternatively, the bug may be representative of your sexual thoughts
