Probably not. I had to drive from Ocala to Port Canaveral and to Tampa for my cruises. None of the transport companies, (like Lake Limo) would provide transport to the cruise terminals. I did one private transport company that would go from Ocala to Port canaveral, but they wanted over $200. We just accepted that paying for gas and parking was part of the cost of going on vacation.

You will have to plan to drive to Kissimmee. From Kissimmee you could take the train (it is inexpensive and a wonderful view for a vacation), or there are buses that you may schedule ahead. There is a main train staition and a centralized bus station near the new library in Kissimmee. Search the bus lines especially Greyhound and Trailways for your date of departure. Also, make sure you get tickets that will still be valid in November. Good luck.

You are going to have to stick with driving because in Jacksonville there is no city bus line that would take you to the cruise terminal.
