im sueing because i never recieved the item i bought online.

If it is a small amount, the cost of the lawsuit may be more that the item is worth. If this is the case, I'd write it off and chalk it up to experience. By the time you pay costs of filing papers, hire and attorney, and pay court costs, you are talking about a few "C" notes.

Have you contacted the person you bought it from? Have you notified the website where the item was listed, like E-Bay, or Craig's list? Did you use a payment system like Paypal? Good luck.

And was it an insurance policy or a registration card you bought on line? If not, you're in the wrong category.
