her. her sis is 10 yrs old n is kinda....... rowdy in her sleep. So sometimes, the 10 yr old ACCIDENTALY kicks out. but the 5 yr old makes a really big issue out of it.
The 10 yr old is going to be 11 in august and I think she is nearing her puberty. she is very........ aggressive..... at this stage.

so how do i deal with the 2 of them?

Oh they have individual beds but same rooms. So before going to bed, they tell each other stories and end up sleeping in one bed. I tried telling them to sleep in their SEPARATE beds but they don't.
But what I M really worried about the 5 yr old is that she cries in her sleep n kicks out even when they don't sleep together.

Aren't individual beds a good idea?
Separate rooms if not possible due to any constraints.....at least separate beds is the best possible idea I can think of.

I dont think counselling will do any good, because its a post sleep phenomenon.

EDIT: Then make sure that their individual beds are not large enough for both of them to sleep together.
That will solve the case!

The 10 year old is almost a teen. She needs her own bed. Ideally, she needs her own room, but that probably isn't so easy to address.

If you are worried about the the 10 year olds agression problems, get her involved in a sport like baseball or karate so she has somewhere to channel her energies.

They should be sleeping separately especially if they can't get along. If they can't have separate rooms at least separate beds. That might fix things.

give them both a spank and a real reason to cry. I bet it would stop instantly.
