I like fried polenta, baked potato, and a green salad. Cheese and sour cream on the chili, and chips for dipping.

I usually don't use a side dish--for me, it's all about the bread! Cornbread or a bread bowl or even just oyster crackers...yum. If you still want a side dish, try something fresh and simple. Alternate slices of tomatoes with slices of provolone cheese. Or do a cucumber salad or fresh pasta salad. Whatever it is, it needs to contrast with the heat of the chili.

We like macaroni & cheese. You can ine the bottom of your bowl wih the mac&cheese, and then scoop the chilli on top!
Garniah with a sprinkle of cheedar cheese

Mashed potaoes or macoroni. My family will put the chilli on top of the mashed potatoes, and we will mix the macoroni in with the chilli
