I have tried so many things in the past. The only thing that has ever worked for me is the vitamin B-12 shot. The Dr. gives you a shot once a month and also gives you a 30 day supply of Phentermine (appetite suppressant). You take one pill every day and try to eat sensibly. The Dr. recommends that you eat 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. I started my diet about nine weeks ago and have already lost 24 pounds. It costs about $80.00 dollars a month. It really works check it out.

Listen very carefully: do NOT do binge dieting, or starving yourself. They are the worst ways to diet. Eat less and eat right, nothing is going to happen over night.

Fasting, the ultimate diet. (Fast, get it)
Don't eat for a month or two and you'll lose lots of weight.
After a year, you'd be skin and bones, everything else will have rotted away. The real skinny.
Yeah, that's how I like my girls, all bones. Cuddly.
