I would like to know if there is any shaak you can make of using ARAVI PAAN (saliya paan). Not the bhajia using gram floor or any other floor, but want to know if any body has tried making subji (green shaak) using these leaves. Please, let me know. Not the turia patra shaak, also.
Any bawarchi(cook) here, if you have made it let me know,

*Yes !!! U can make it using the daals.
Take the 3 types of daals ... moong, masur and tuvar in any proportions or even just the toor daal will do.
Wash them , and add salt and haldi and some water & some groundnuts & leaves.
Chop the leaves fine and add them to the abv daals .
Cook them in pressure cooker till done.
Remove from ckr and give tadka of ghee, jeera and red chillies.
Let it boil and finally add some lemon juice & sugar and chopped coriander.
Sprinkle some grated coconut on top & serve hot !!!!!!!
