When you truely love someone the sensual pleasure comes from the communication between the two persons bodies.
We use our mouth to communicate in words but we also use our bodies to communicate what our words can't express through touch.
You can feel a more special love someone has for you in a hug and thats because of the touch. Even when it has been said that they love you, it's the touch between flesh that makes it more real.
In intimate moments with your partner by touching each other your bodies express that communication which becomes sensual pleasure.
So, explore each others bodies and let your touch be your guide to communicating that love and having great sensual pleasure.

Sensual pleasure is related primarily with the love of a mother for her child. The pleasure of child when is carried to breast is the primitive sensation of love, when he grow, Nature give him a multiplied sensation when he meets a girl that likes him, and can fall in love and marry her due to sensual pleasure and this state lasts the necessary time for the birth and breeding of his own child.
This manner Nature cares for life.

sensual pleasure can not be invoked by someone you truly hate.
that is how love (the opposite of hate) is related with sensual pleasure.

You should read the book, The Supreme Yoga, Yoga Vasistha by Swami Venkatesananda (condensed version). When you get to the end, it is all explained clearly.
I think you need to take a little more responsibility for your learning by reading some books on spirituality. Questions are endless. Also pick a path and start in on it. When you start doing daliy proactices the answers can come directly to you from above just by asking, being silent and listening for the answer.

In the young age you have more stamina, but as you grow older you make less love. There are some toys available and you can still make good sensual pleasures.
But your partner should be equally willing and cooperative.
