It means you better make an appointment with a gastroenterologist very soon. Pale yellow can mean liver dysfunction and the blood can be very serious in nature.

You will need a colonoscopy to look inside the large intestine and most likely give some blood samples. I suggest you not waste any more time and make that appointment.

First off, let me say that I'm not a doctor, nor are 99.9% of the people on here, so you should consult a physician if you are having problems. Having said that...dark urine can be a sign of dehydration. If you are not drinking enough water or fluids this is a common symptom. Also, dark urine, particularly if accompanied by discomfort, can be an indication of a bladder or kidney infection (been there!)... and yes, if you are sexually active, it could be a symptom of an STD, particularly gonorrhea. On a brighter note, if you take daily vitamins, depending on what you are taking, they can cause urine to change color...this can also happen with certain foods like spinach, asparagus, etc. and is not anything to be alarmed about. As the surplus vitamins and minerals pass from the system the color will return to normal. It's always important to drink lots of water to help flush toxins from the body. Cranberry juice is also considered very beneficial to proper kidney and urinary tract health when consumed regularly. Just a thought for some preventative maintenance... and it tastes good. Like I said...if you are having some discomfort, etc. it's best to see a doctor just to make sure all is well. Hope this helped.

RE:
What does it mean when you have pale, yellow and bloody stool?

Pale stools means you have a problem excreting bile acid into your stools

Yellow stools - ?

Bloody stools - what kind of blood? Fresh blood is most likely hemorrhoids, arterial-venous malformations, or a bleeding divertila. But it could also be cancer so please get it checked out by a doctor. If the blood is melena (dark colored blood), it could be bleeding from a stomach ulcer.

it means it's time to see a doctor! u would associate a yellow stool with diarrhoea and a bloody stool with (and here's a shock) internal bleeding, which probably means your own digestive juices are attacking your body from the inside out... so... get some help! and please don't feel embarassed!

It means that your faeces indicate you may be unwell. Your doctor will need a fresh sample to send off for testing. I would suggest making an appointment with him and taking a sample with you to save time.
