Cat's have oil glands in thier head. When they rub against you, they're marking thier territory. Saying "Hey! This is my person! So stay the heck away!" to other cats. When she bites you, it's just a love bite. She wants to tell you she likes you, and that's how she does it. Licking is just grooming. Grooming is an important part of all animals behaviors. Even ours. She's showing how much she likes you. I'd be glad she's not finding dead mice and laying them on your bed... Cats often bring home kills to thier owners as gifts. : )

The rubbing is what the other posters have said - marking territory. Nips, too, are a sign of affection. And the licking - well, she's grooming you. Maybe she's adopted you as her kitten!

On a cats face they have oil glands that secret their scent. This is their way of letting you know that they like you and letting other cats know that they have marked you. Think of it as being very well liked by that cat. Good luck

Cats have glands on the side of their face (kind of where our cheekbones would be). When your cat rubs against you believe it or not, they are not trying to show you affection, they are marking their territory. They are telling the world, "this human belongs to me". LOL! =^..^=

because she wants you to pet her on the head and she want attention maybe u think u give ur cat lots of attention but she might feel u dont so everyday if she is lonely and looks tired then pet her and play with her so she wont feel lonely anymore.

They are marking their territory. They have glands in their mouth that secrete their scent...you can't smell it, but other cats can. You are important to them... ;)
