Exercise and stretch. I hear that children (not sure about the age group...) that are physically active, add about a inch and a half in growth. Drink milk. Take vitamins. Genes has a lot to do with height too....

It kinda depends on how old you are. If you're under 20, then you still have time. I'm chinese and asian men are usually around 5' 6 or so. My dad is 5'9 and mom is 5'4. I just drank lots of milk, ate good food, and got 8 hours of sleep every night, so now i'm 6'1. So in addition to genetics, your nutrition and way you treat your body are very important factors to your growth.

I assume you mean your height? If so, you can't, doing anything to increase or decrease your height, it is all predetermined by your genes.
