You will lose weight, but you will most likely end up in the hospital. Eating nothing but fruit for 3 months is not healthy. Your body needs other nutrients that fruit alone can not provide. Do some research find a healthy diet, and EXCERSIZE.

I know this is not necessarily what you wish to hear, but speaking from experience, slow weight loss is much better. You will be much more likely to keep of weight lost slowly. I would suggest that you start walking, and building up the pace and duration. Begin with a comfortable pace, and walk for ten to fifteen minutes, and then return. After a week, you may wish to carry some dumbbells, or a bar. You should also begin to reduce your caloric intake. Add salads, with minimum dressings, cheeses, and other calorie dense items. Slowly reduce the portions that you eat, and eat as fresh as possable, as processed foods have more carbs and salt than is optimum. One more thing, have a colorful plate....pale foods tend to be carb heavy and or fatty. Eat Lean meats and fish, in healthy portions, with lots of fresh vegetables. This will lead to a much more healthy lifestyle. Good luck, and just so you know I have lost 95 pounds like this.

i am also trying to lose weight before school starts back i have cut my calorie intake by half and am doing 40mins on my bike and 100 sit-ups a day. I am also walking my dog a lot going out walking for 2hours every second day. id say just cut your calorie intake and try sit-ups. i know u have said no tapes but there good you can do it at home there cheap and my friend lost 2 stone when she used it everyday for about a month or two. Dont just live on fruit as one day u will miss other foods and may give into sweets and crisps.

eating nothing but fruit is gonna make you SICK! you'll have to eat a balanced diet, in smaller portions, and exercise (walk) if you want to lose weight. Two months is about 8 weeks, right? so if you lose 2-3 pounds a week (which is healthy), you will lose up to 24 pounds. you're 1/2 way there. i'm SURE people will notice if you lost 24 pounds! please be healthy and dont expect miracles. there is no such thing in weight loss.

eat other things too
chicken and fish for protein
eat popcorn..... your stomach has acids and you need to settle them
fruit is acidic...it will tear your stomach up
eat salads and stair climb/lunges for exercise as it works more muscles w/ less wear and tear than running.
drink water and sugar free drinks
fruit juice has a lot of calories.
you can safely lose 5-7lbs each week depending if you are small or large built... extra big guys can lose 10lbs but they have to be careful
keep a food diary and add snacking into it
eat lots of lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoe
and drinks lots of water to keep your stomach full
If you really want to cheat, I would grab some iron pills so you don't feel weak and some multivitamins as well.

you won't lose a pound of fat on a diet like that. it's not balanced and will not provide the body with sufficient nutrients to maintain the essential biological functions
at first you will lose a lot of water weight from restricting your calories severely then the weight loss will halt after several weeks.
a healthy balanced diet of quality proteins, high fiber carbs and plenty of vegetables is how you reduce the body fat. starving the body has never worked for fat loss and it never will

ok 51 pounds is way too much for u too lose i kno you want to lose the wieght but do u want stretch marks with that? if y ou eat fruits and vegetables and excercise a lot then you can lose wieght and it will make you look thinner. Im 140 pounds and i also want to lose wieght to go to school, so im planning on not eating sweets and excercising a lot. good luck! its hard but if u put ur mind to it u can do it
