I would translate it to the following:
'Given that the products X, Y and Z have benefited from a commercial plan over the past few months, the sales posted for these months indicates a significant decrease due to the over-storage carried out by the customers during the preceding time period.'
That doesn't sound exactly right, though. For one thing, I'm not sure what 'plan commercial' is supposed to translate to. You can find a good french/english online dictionary here:
