Any thinking person will have doubts about God's existence, whether they are religious or not.
The current prevailing human concept of God is so limited and so contradictory that it would be unusual not to doubt that concept unless one were in a society that cruelly punished persons who expressed doubt.
Trying to rationalize a concept of an all-loving, all-powerful, all-benevolent being in a world so full of what appears to be random and overwhelming illness, death, disease and hatred is not a simple task and that is why theologians have struggled with it for eons.
The ancient Greeks had their pantheon of gods who had human frailties, probably for that very reason. In the face of human reality, it was undoubtedly easier to imagine a flawed god(s) with human qualities who could be arbitrary and capricious than try to reconcile human and non-human events with today's concept of a kind and benevolent god.

Your observing the world around you and finally realizing that you could be mislead!
God does not dwell in man-made temples!
How do you feel when your out in the woods/wilderness, near the bodies of water, the lakes, rivers? I bet you feel God there don't you? So did Jesus!
Go pray in the heather (flowers), that is why they came up with the word Heathen. It meant those who prayed in the Heather. That's what Jesus did, so in reality, Jesus was a Heathen!
Anyone who argues with that fact, ask them how many miracles Jesus performed inside a church? Ask him why he walked on water instead of above a church steeple? Ask them why the only documented times Jesus was in a church was 1, he was lost as a child, and when, 2, he was kicking the snot out of people.

No person comes o God on their own. They have to be drawn to Him through Jesus Christ..."No man come unto the Father except by me". You are being drawn but you are allowing the devil in you to stop you, that is why you feel bad. You know better, but sometime it is easier to give in than maintain or obey.
Going to church has to be taught. The fact that you keep going say to me that you are not rebellious. You are being pulled from both sides. Your parents want you to go and the other side says man you don't need to go. Now what do you do? First you obey your parents; secondly, you read your bible to fight off the demon that is influencing you; thirdly, you keep praying. Prayer changes things if you only believe.

Doubting God is a sin. And it is the Holy Spirit convicting you or disciplining you for doubting God.
A verse for you to memorize is, Hebrews 11:6 without faith it is impossible to please God, for those who come to God, must believe God Is, and is a rewarder to those who diligently seek Him.
Also, Pray in the spirit building up your most Holy faith. So? When you feel wrong when doubting God, that is God disciplining you or convicting you. So, to feel better, you have to repent to God for doubting God & pray, "Thank you God for you promise to never leave or forsake me.". You will feel surprised how submitting to Gods Truth makes you feel sooo much better. And sometimes this isn't immediate but after a lengthy prayer time. But God does give you blessed assurance of His love, especially when you submit to God (abide in His love & Word).
Also, as a Christian, if we confess our sin (doubting) He is faithful & just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. A promise in 1Jn1.

You are another victim of brainwashed parents living in a brainwashed society. Don't give up. You show promise of becoming a positive contribution to the human race, and not just another blind puppet. Religious people are afraid to face the truth, and so gullible they actually believe that they have a personal god of their very own. I want some thumbs down from all you religious nut jobs for this. I'm shooting for 13. Help me out.

Examine those feelings, and be true to yourself. If you don't believe, there is nothing wrong with that.
Some people will make you feel like there is something wrong with that though. They will tell you it is a sin. I disagree with that.
You could just be going through a stage in life where you are simply questioning your faith, and there's nothing wrong with that either. Everyone does it.
But, if after examination, you've learned that you don't believe, have confidence in it. There are many of us who do not.
Good luck to you.

God is not [the author] of confusion, but of peace.
http://www.godshew.org/Peace.html
Where strife and envy, there confusion and evil(law).
Churches is where you'll find four such night mares.
http://www.godshew.org/BiblicalDots.htm
Try flushing "surely die" lie, for "my grace is sufficient".
My grace is sufficient for thee meaneth no law is req'd.
http://www.godshew.org/RevelatorySermons14.htm
The law (and "surely die" lie) was given by Moses,
But grace and truth(about law) came by Jesus Christ.
http://www.godshew.org/Law.htm
He taketh away the first(law: sin & death),
that he may e-stablish the second(no law = no dead end).
http://www.godshew.org/NoLawNoDeadEnd.htm
Law: press DELETE to "put away" the "put off"
Grace: press SAVE to e-stablish the "put on"
http://www.godshew.org/RevelatorySermons1.htm
To seven angels of seven churches:
Hear ye,
Hear ye,
Hear ye,
Hear ye,
Hear ye,
Hear ye,
Hear ye
what the Spirit saith "unto the churches", is in Galatains;
the only book in all Holy Bible written "unto the churches":
http://www.godshew.org/Revelations7.htm#23
The "evidence" does not lie nor take sides,
it only makes something PLAINLY "evident" to you all:
"that no man is jusifitied by the law in the sight of God".
The grace(only) of our Lord Jesus->Christ with you->all. Amen.

Your situation is not uncommon. Perhaps you are confusing religion with a personal relationship with God. If you have that relationship, you will never fall away from Him because you will KNOW that he is very real and very much involved in the life of believers.
Church and specific doctrine should never come before your relationship with God. Talk to him...tell him of your feelings and questions. I can assure you that if you seek him with your heart instead of your head, he will answer you.
