a popsicle is basically sugar water while donuts and poptarts contain flour (complex carbs), eggs (protien) and fat.

sugar water will cause your blood sugar to spike and then dip.
I would imagine with a donut and pop tart you may not get a spike and dip since the carbs, protiens and fats may flatten out the spiking and dipping, thus keeping your energy level (kind of constant).

Yes, a popsicle is full of sugar and water. (Mostly sugar.) If you ate the donut or a poptart your body would feel better than it would if you at the popsicle. Even though they alll have sugar, the donut and the poptart would give you more energy than the popscicle.

no, first of all you need more food in your stomach in the morning than a popsicle, and a donut or a poptart is probably more it your stomach than that, and second of all, it might give you a stomach ache.

It's better for you than a donut or poptart, less fat, but no nutrition in any of these.
