There's a product called "Imedeem" (sorry i think its spelt that way) and another one which name I just can't recall right now. They work to smoothen your face, to make your face more youthful and its lighten your complextion too.

I'm not quite sure theres a supplement, but they have skin lightening creams that you can apply daily. I've heard great reviews of them, but I myself have never used them. Also, sunscreen with SPF 30 or more applied daily would mostly stop you from getting darker.

No. Only long sleeves and sunblock. The higher the better. Also, avoid the sun at peak hours like abetween 10am-2pm. When the sun is at it's higest point.

haha i kno a lot of pple who really wanna get tan and cant but u dont wanna get a tan haha sry i just find that funny
well hawaiian tropic makes a sunscreen thats an spf 70
im sure that will block the suns rays and wont give you a tan

Use sunblock try spf 50. Thats what I use.
