The best spot for a good photo is KINKOS. They have a great digital camera and they have a good background with lights for the best photo. They take photos for passports too.
That was where I got mine done and I was pleased.

You buy a digital camera, take the photos with a timer so you can step in front of the lens, and follow the camera instructions to send them to a website.

As ez as buying a disposable camera and having Walgreens make a digital copy (cd, dvd, usb flash memory, sacn disk,etc.) of your prints. Upload to web using a pic hosting site(www.photobucket.com)
