Stop driving......quit speeding.......pay better attention.....stay off the phone....hire a chauffeur.....

It depends on what kind of accidents you're talking about. If its car accidents, banning driving and talking on cell phones would help a lot! There was an article about a study that showed that people talking on cell phones were even worse drivers than drunks, so its a serious matter, and I have seen several cars sail thru stop lights and stop signs with their drivers happily chatting away on their cell phones--this must be stopped!

Other types of accidents can be minimized in general by 1) preparing well before whatever activity is involved and 2) paying good attention to that activity when you are doing it. These apply to anything from work to playing games to taking a hike.
