Yes, you can keep the steering wheel controls, but you'll need a steering wheel control adapter (available through Crutchfield and other sources). You will need to pick a head unit that either includes a wireless remote control or (better) a jack for a wired remote control. The head unit you choose will determine which steering wheel control adapter you need. The most popular is a universal type that works with most head units with wireless remotes; the adapter model is SWI-X.

You won't be able to keep the station display on the HUD.
