I would try a liquid diet. Only drink very low calorie veggie type drinks like V-8 or tomato juice. You can also have green beans. Don't stay on this too long. Just a few days will help you drop a good bit of weight quickly.

Try cutting down on your sugar and salt intake. I have changed my body some by walking also. I have not lost any weight by I do not have that stomach that comes with age. Salt retains water in the body.
