girl took doughter out of state has not returend in 11 years and wont let me see her how can i get vistiton?

she was born in mich(my doughter) where i still live and she (the mother)took them both to missippi and changed her last name(the doughter) to hid her from me now i have found her i want visition but the mother x girl friend say no still after 11 years of hideing iam not some wierd o or sick lunitik there in no reason that i should not be able to be a part of my doughter life the mother is greddy and belives she does not need a dad she can raise her fine on her own with her new boy friend and that i should not inter fear and confuse the child as she wrote in a letter 11 years ago i still have the letter but now is enough i think my doughter should be aware she has a real father who loves her and miss her and who is looking for her my name is james wingett III my doughter name is sonni patrica wingett as on the birth certict i was told the last name in now parker the mothers name in celeste amanda parker witch the last name i was told is dunn hafte her boy friend james dunn

did you give Birth to that child? sounds like she is wioth her Birth Mother, and you dont have ANY rights
if this IS Your child, get this person for kidnapping

If you are the birth father, than all you have to do is hire an attorney, they can handle the rest. It is probably going to be big $, so prepare for that. You will also have to pay child support since birth. But if this is truly what you want, than go for it. The courts have laws about kidnapping.
