In the same context. It's theoretically a simple solution, move and you will never do the drug again. We see the D1 receptor sites recede in a novel context. What that means is you are no longer addicted when you live somewhere else. But when you get the cues like a friend you always did drugs with or the Bar, or it's 7:30, time to meet Jimmy etc, your brain puts out the receptors that make you crave the drug. No cues, no addiction. If you move you are off the drug forever (relatively speaking). Sometimes stress or the drug itself is the cue, in which case it's a little harder to get away from. dextromethorphan is also shown to break tolerance. There was one night in Baltimore when over 18 people came in for heroin overdoes. Turns out it was cut with cough pills which had dextromethorphan. So when people who were used to filling all their (lets say) 20 receptors with 2 grams of heroin, only had 6 receptors and took 2 grams, so they had no tolerance and overdosed. This lead to Morph-Dex, a for of morphine for potential opiate addicts to prevent addiction.

books, shoes... no no i don't want to continue. But none of my addictions are harmful:) Maybe my shoes addiction can be harmful for my wallet:))))

i'm addicted to hang on here on Y! Q&A everyday(these days i can't connect to the internet,in July i will be back),watching "Lost" (i've watched every single episode but i'm watching them twice :) and finally i'm addicted to my personal needs ;)
