yes anything you cook should be put chilled to prevent bacteria from forming on it....even if it's cooked....it can spoil. Don't take a chance "food poisoning" is dangerous it can affect your kidneys....and other organs....always be safe when cooking food of all kinds....good luck and eat safe!

It should be refrigerated if cut or cooked. Personally I would not grill it unless it is about to be served anyway for best taste and texture. In the event you can't grill it at the nights event I'd suggest cooking it to near done on the grill and heating it the rest of the way on a hot griddle or frying pan.

You must refrigerate it from the time you complete the grilling until you reheat and or serve.

Yeah, cooked food has to remain cold (under 40 degrees) or hot (above 140 degrees) or it basically just turns into a dance floor for bacteria.

You should yes. Tip, it will get a bit soggy, so reheat on the grill if you can:)
